- by commissioning me, you are agreeing to these terms. terms are subject to change.
- all payments will be done through paypal in CAD
- i reserve the right to cancel or refund your commission at any time.
- i will not take deadline work.

permission & usage

- i reserve rights to my work (except character rights)
- you are allowed to reupload the art wherever you'd like as long as there is credit.
- commissions are for personal use only
- commissions for commercial use may be discussed and may come with a commercial fee.
- if you are not the owner of the commission, you may not use the work in any way without the permisson of the original owner.
- i have the right to post completed commissions wherever i wish unless asked to keep it private.
- i do not allow for any of my work to be used in NFT (non-fungible token) or AI (artificial intelligence)

payment & refunds

- payments are done in CAD via paypal.
- payment is expected within 24 hours upfront.
- i reserve the right to cancel or refund your commission at any time.
- design commission refunds are accepted at any time, although i gain full rights to the design and can resell it.
- i do not offer refunds on completed illustration work.
- revision fees will apply if revisions are requested at later, more finalized stages.

when do you open for commissions?

i will announce openings via slots on my social media such as twitter, instagram, toyhouse, etc.
although my commission openings aren't regular, you are free to get in contact and ask about potential commissions even.

what programs / brushes do you use?

i use procreate, ipad pro and apple pen. i also like to use clip studio paint now and then.
many of the brushes i use are default procreate brushes such as studio pen (coloring + shading), ink bleed (lines), spectra, inka and rectango for texturing and painting. i try to use a variation of brushes so i'm always changing things up but those are my primaries!

do you do art trades?

not often, and i try to limit how many i do as i am a busy person!
